dat's cool...actually i was juz read about those articles posted by da Newweeks last week...n now the action is already taken...
in my humble opinions, dis current crisis will x b temporary, unless firm global action r taken immediately, or otherwise the crisis will deepen n expand in da other directions...
HOWEVER...in order 2 meet da growing world demand in producing more food,there are things dat should b considered...which r:
i) the establishment of a special fund 2 help da world's poorest farmers, especially in Africa should BE A MAIN AGENDA..
ii)US SHOULD STOP SUBSIDIZING da diversion of our corn 2 ethonal..(ethonal is da type of alcohol in da alcoholic drinks)....right????
iii)gov should expand food n income transfer at da eraly chilhood nutrition program 4 poorest people either rich or poor...
iv)da idea of creating a GLOBAL FOOD BANK should b explored seriously...n x 2 forget...private sector,UNICEF,MULTILETRAL BANKS,REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANKS should b brought in 2 help those hunger....
SO PEOPLE, LETS 2GTHER SET A COMOON GOAL AND DEFINED IT...CHAYOK2!!!!
